The Official Gazette published the decision of the Office for Regulating Lists of Terrorist Entities and Terrorists at the Public Prosecution regarding Resolution No. 5 of 2025 to permanently include the convict Abdel Hamid Al-Sayyid Mohamed Kamel on the official list of terrorists.
Finally.. Abdel Hamid Al-Sayed was included on the official terrorist lists
This came after reviewing the inclusion of terrorist provisions in Law No. 8 of 2015 regarding regulating lists of terrorist entities and terrorists and its amendments, and the ruling issued by the Zagazig Criminal Court on 10/24/2017 in Case No. 1686 of 2017 Husseiniya Felony, registered under No. 1030 of 2017 in North Zagazig;
Likewise, the ruling issued by the Emergency State Security Criminal Court in Zagazig on 1/26/2019 regarding the aforementioned case, and the final ruling issued by the Court of Cassation in Appeal No. 10243 of Judicial Year 89 on 9/24/2022.
