The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the completion of the inventory of students who are eligible to retake the exam, after the Ministry’s General Administration of Statistics linked the student codes received from the Japanese office to the names of students, governorates, and educational departments, in preparation for determining those eligible to retake the exam.
The Ministry confirmed that the final lists have been sent to schools, and statistics officials will deliver them to school principals, to take the necessary measures and prepare the examination committees for students scheduled to retake the test.
The Ministry stressed that every school has the right to access the student form electronically, print lists of students scheduled to retake the exam, and inform them of the specified dates, with full commitment to all organizational and administrative preparations necessary to hold committees.
Programming and artificial intelligence exam
Regarding the programming and artificial intelligence (practical) exam, the Ministry clarified that the exam is held inside the school only through the “Qureo” platform, while adhering to a number of regulatory controls, most notably performing the exam using tablets or school devices, and holding it within the exam committees on the scheduled dates, with the exam time being allowed from nine in the morning until five in the evening on the day of the test.
The Ministry confirmed that the number of students within one committee should not exceed 15 students, with full compliance with the procedures in force in the examination system, noting that the examination for service students is held at the time determined by the school administration during the specified time period.
The Ministry also directed the necessity of providing the necessary devices in governorates that did not receive tablets, in accordance with the plan approved by each educational directorate, to ensure the regularity of exams and their progress without obstacles.
