The first team football club concluded Zamalek Training this evening, Saturday, at the Military College Stadium, in preparation for the Zambian match against ZESCO, in the African Confederation Cup.

The team went through a light training session at the beginning of today’s training, under the leadership of load coach Costa Rubero, which included various physical exercises in addition to a light session with the ball.

Ahmed Rabie and Moroccan Mahmoud performed the results of qualifying exercises on the sidelines of the training session, and Ahmed Abdel Raouf, the technical director, was keen to allocate a technical and tactical section for the players in preparation for the match with ZESCO.

The technical director directed the players to guide the players during this paragraph to implement what was required, before the team went through a technical division at the end of the training session.

Ahmed Abdel Raouf held a technical lecture for the players before today’s training session, Saturday, at the Military College Stadium, as part of preparation for Zambia’s next match against ZESCO in the African Confederation Cup.

During the lecture, the technical director spoke about some of the technical aspects that will be implemented in today’s training, where he explained the roles required of the players and gave them special instructions before the start of the training.

The technical director affirmed his confidence in the players’ abilities, and called on them to achieve victory so that the team would have a strong start in the group stage of the Confederation.

Zamalek is preparing to face Zesco in the first round of the group stage matches of the African Confederation Cup, at nine o’clock in the evening tomorrow, Sunday, at Cairo International Stadium.

Zamalek is at the top of the fourth group of the Confederation Cup, which includes Al-Masry Clubs, South Africa’s Kaizer Chiefs and Zambia’s Zesco United.
