The Egyptian Gazette published in Issue No. 80, dated April 11, 2026, the Minister of the Interior’s Resolution No. 430 of 2026, regarding the deportation of a Jordanian national outside the country for reasons related to the public interest.
Deportation of Jordanian nationality outside the country
The decision came after reviewing Law No. 89 of 1960 regarding the entry, residence, and exit of foreigners in the Arab Republic of Egypt and its amendments, and the memorandum of the General Administration of Passports, Immigration, and Nationality dated 3/7/2026 regarding a request to deport a Jordanian national outside the country for reasons related to the public interest.
The first article stipulates: The person named Muhammad Omar Muhammad Othman, of Jordanian nationality, born on 9/29/21990, shall be deported outside the country for reasons related to the public interest.
Article Two also stipulates: The Director of the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality must implement this, and Article Three states: This decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette in written form on 3/10/2026.
