The Supply Directorate in Assiut launched ration campaigns on the centers of Dayrout and Manfalut, based on the directives of the political leadership, the instructions of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, and the directives of Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor. Assiut By intensifying ration campaigns in various parts of the governorate and on the instructions of Mr. Engineer Khaled Mohamed Ahmed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply.
Controlling underweight rationing sugar during rationing campaigns
The campaigns in the Manfalut Center resulted in the issuance of a misdemeanor report against the Egyptian Wholesale Trade Company, for seizing 2 tons of rationing sugar that was underweight by 50 kilograms, and a misdemeanor report against my association project, for possessing 100 bags of sugar that was underweight by 5 kg, and a misdemeanor report against a supermarket for possessing expired goods, 38 expired bottles of soft water, and 5 bottles of mineral water. Expired, 20 expired bags of Snacks, 2 misdemeanor reports against public stores for not declaring, a report proving his case against a bakery for producing bread that was underweight by 8 grams and not declaring, and a report proving his case against a municipal bakery for producing bread that was underweight by 10 grams and not keeping a record of visits.
In the Dayrout center, the campaign resulted in the issuance of 17 reports proving the condition of bakeries, including 13 reports of underweight, two reports of unclean kneading tools, a report of non-delivery of bread, and a report of failure to keep an inspection record.
