The artist’s family announced Nevin Mandour, About changing the date and place of the funeral prayer for the late artist, after her departure from our world yesterday at her home in Alexandria.
The family told Cairo 24 that the funeral prayer will be held today, Thursday, after the Maghrib prayer, in the Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque in Old Cairo, and that the body will be buried in the family cemetery in Basateen.
Details of Nevin Mandour’s death
On the other hand, one of the actress Nevin Mandour’s neighbors previously revealed the details of her death, noting that a fire broke out in her house in the Asafra area in Alexandria yesterday morning, which led to her death as a result of heavy smoke.
He said during statements to Cairo 24: Nevin Mandour died after a fire in her apartment, and her husband and the maid were with her, but she was the only one who died, and in the morning her husband kept screaming and collapsed so that someone could catch them, and no one knew because of the smoke from the fire.
The news of the death was announced by the artist Sherif Idris through his account on the Instagram photo and short video sharing site, saying: There is no god but God. The good, beautiful friend, Nevin Mandour, has passed away. May God have mercy on you and be kind to you.
The artist Sherif Idris also revealed in his statements to Cairo 24 the cause of death: The artist Nevin Mandour left our world due to a fire in her house that led to her death, according to what I learned from the family.
