The Official Gazette published Cairo Governorate Resolution No. 15198 of 2026 amending the detailed plan of the Rawd Al-Farag neighborhood.
Article 1 decision
The first article of the decision stated that the detailed plan of the Rawd al-Faraj neighborhood was amended by changing the use of plot No. (7) located in the services area in Ezbet al-Safeh and Sidi Faraj as a sports services area, to establish open playgrounds and a swimming pool, in accordance with the following:
1- Approving the use of plot No. (7) within Governor’s Decision No. 5600 of 2023, whose circle is marked in green, as sports services, accommodation, open playgrounds, a swimming pool, and a garden.
2- Adherence to the organization lines approved by Resolution No. 5600 of 2023.
3- Structural percentage (5%).
4- The General Property Administration must take the necessary measures in accordance with the laws, decisions and regulations, all in accordance with what is shown in the attached drawing.
Article 2 decision
The second article of the decision stated: This decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette, and this decision shall be effective from the date of its publication, and the competent authorities must implement it.
