Today, Sunday, December 14, 2025, Yasser Anas, Ahmed Shaaban, and representatives of the Directorate of Education in Cairo held an expanded meeting to discuss the final preparations and organize the conduct of the transfer exams in all their stages and the preparatory certificate exams for the first semester of the year 2025/2026, with the aim of providing a disciplined exam climate that achieves the principle of equal opportunities for all students.

The meeting was attended by the director of preparatory and secondary education in the directorate, representatives of primary education, heads of preparatory certificate committees in educational departments, and directors of secondary education, and discussed several important topics, including:

Full compliance with all ministerial controls and instructions regulating examination work.

Tightening the work of committees and ensuring discipline within examination committees.

Reviewing the plan for distributing observers and observers in a way that achieves fairness and efficiency.

Ensuring the readiness of schools and examination centers in terms of cleanliness, lighting, ventilation, and security.

Taking the necessary measures to confront any obstacles that may hinder the conduct of exams, with immediate intervention to resolve them.

Preventing fraud in all its forms and strictly implementing laws and regulations.

The importance of full coordination between educational departments and operating rooms in the directorate, and activating daily follow-up mechanisms to ensure the regularity of exams and their exit in an honorable manner befitting Cairo education, was also stressed.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on working as a team and placing the student’s interest at the top of priorities, ensuring that exams take place in a safe and orderly atmosphere that achieves justice and equal opportunities for all students.
