While the prices of other materials, such as gypsum, bricks, sand and gravel, stabilized. This stability is supported by the balance of supply and demand and market movement during the recent period.

Ezz steel: 37,500 pounds per ton
Iron in Shay, 37,000 pounds per ton
Egyptian iron: 36,800 pounds per ton
El-Garhi Iron: 36,600 pounds per ton
Ferrying iron 36,500 pounds per ton
Porter iron: 36,800 pounds per ton

Traders in the building materials market confirmed that current prices are stable without noticeable increases, with the supply available in quantities that cover the market’s needs, amid expectations that the state of stability will continue during the coming period.
