The events of the sixth episode of the Magic Eye series witnessed poignant dramatic developments, as Zaki, whose role is played by Bassem Samra, discovers that psychiatrist Faten Saeed has a heart disease, and she is the doctor at whose hands he is receiving treatment. The news shocks him deeply, causing him to feel sad and worried about her.
During the events, Zaki tries to convince the treating doctor of the necessity of encouraging her to undergo surgery outside the country, stressing his willingness to bear all the costs of treatment, in a humanitarian stance that reveals a new side of his personality.
