Saw the second episode of Sawa Sawa series A great dramatic escalation, as the confrontation between Ahmed Malek and Hoda Al-Mufti took center stage, ending the episode with a finale that opens the door to complex conflicts.
Ahmed Malek decided to put Hoda Al-Mufti in prison in order to receive treatment for the tumors she suffers from, which reflected the amount of tension and sacrifice in their relationship.
Hoda’s stay behind bars did not last long, as she was able to leave with the guarantee of her place of residence, and her family succeeded in tracking her down and finding out her whereabouts after she escaped on her wedding day.
The episode also revealed dark sides of the personality of the artist Khaled Kamal, who suffers from psychological instability resulting from traumas in his childhood. This disorder turned into love at first sight and obsession towards Hoda Al-Mufti.
The episode ended with Khaled Kamal kidnapping Hoda Al-Mufti, leaving the audience in a state of suspense about her fate and what Ahmed Malek will do to save her.
