In a new development within the events of Episode 11 of the Bebo series, Ahmed Bahr, known as Coriander, decided to leave Upper Egypt and return to Cairo after a sharp dispute with Mayor Mohamed Nasr Abu Diab, “Sayyed Ragab.” Despite the mayor’s attempts to tempt Bebo to stay and take over the work of his father, whom he did not know existed from the beginning, Bebo refused to submit to the pressure, expressing his adherence to his independent personality.
The dispute between Bebo and the mayor comes after a series of decisions that Bebo saw as aimed at controlling him, including choosing his partner for marriage and expelling his close friend Bijou Ahmed Sultan from Upper Egypt, in addition to forcing him to take over his father’s business.
In a frank confrontation, Bebo tells his father that he will not allow anyone to cancel his personality, stressing that he will remain Bebo and not Behjat, in a strong message about freedom and personal independence amid the pressures of family and society.
