I moved administration The Cinnabon chain of stores resolved the crisis of uniforms for employees, after Cairo 24 published details of a complaint that forced a number of employees to wear summer clothes during the winter, exposing them to harsh working conditions in cold weather.
Cinnabon responds to employee complaints and adjusts winter uniforms at branches
One of the chain’s employees revealed, in a message posted by a social media user, that the company has already begun implementing new instructions that allow for wearing appropriate winter clothing, providing uniform jackets, and granting greater flexibility in adhering to the dress code inside the kitchens and during work periods.
He added that these decisions were applied to a number of branches, with directions to circulate them to the rest of the branches during the coming period, stressing that the administration reacted to the complaints and responded to them positively.
The author of the post commented on the message: From the first day of the Cinnabon problem, one of the employees there spoke to me and told me about some of the problems, and one of the main reasons was that I prefer to talk about the issue. Today they sent me these messages, after I had lost hope that they would take action. I hope with all my heart that they actually implemented the issue in all branches, and this message will remain one of the greatest messages that I have ever received in my life.
