First team football club draw Zamalek With Ismailia Electricity in the Egyptian Capital Cup Championship for the 2025-2026 season.
Cairo 24 learned from its sources that Ahmed Abdel Raouf, the technical director of Zamalek, decided to give the players a 3-day rest after the draw with Kahraba Ismailia.
Zamalek is scheduled to resume training next Saturday in preparation for the Haras El Hodood match in the second round of the Egyptian Capital Cup on Saturday, December 20.

In the same context, Ahmed Abdel Raouf, the coach of the first football team at Zamalek Club, confirmed that the Kahraba Ismailia match, which was held today in the Egyptian Capital Cup, is a confrontation in difficult circumstances, especially in light of the absence of the entire defense line, and the use of young players, and players who did not participate for long periods with the team.
Abdel Raouf said in the press conference after the match: “We were successful at the beginning of the second half and scored two goals in addition to the lead goal that the team scored in the first half. We received goals from mistakes, and things will improve in the coming period in light of the participation of the young players who have recently been promoted to the team alongside the senior players.”
