The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Beheira Governorate, headed by Engineer Muhammad Rajab Hadiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade in Beheira, and under the supervision of Suhair Zaatar, Undersecretary of the Directorate, continued its monitoring campaigns on municipal bakeries, markets, commercial activities, and ration shops, to ensure that technical support reaches the black market and is not smuggled into the black market.
A food grocer was arrested for assembling subsidized food items and commodities before selling them on the black market in Beheira
The campaigns in the city of Damanhour resulted in the arrest of a catering grocer for collecting 110 kilograms of catering sugar, 115 bottles of catering oil, and 80 bags of catering pasta, in addition to 200 other catering commodities. They were presented to the Public Prosecution, and consumer associations were visited and the availability of the goods was ensured, and the Public Prosecution’s decisions were implemented in the written reports.
The campaign came under the supervision of Karim Haroun, Director of Administration, and headed by Ali Abu Zeid, Head of Supervision
In cooperation with Ramadan Sharshar, the Beheira Supply Investigation Department, the necessary legal measures were taken and presented to the Public Prosecution.
