The civil protection forces in Menoufia Governorate controlled a fire that broke out inside a livestock barn in the village of Shabshir, in the Menouf district, resulting in the death of 3 heads of livestock (a donkey, a buffalo, and a calf) without causing any human casualties. The forces were able to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to homes and neighboring areas.

The beginning goes back to Major General Alaa Al-Jahir, Director of Menoufia Security, receiving a notification from the warden of the Menouf Police Station stating that a fire had broken out inside a livestock barn in the village of Shabshir. Immediately, a security force moved to the site of the accident, and fire trucks belonging to the Civil Protection Forces were dispatched to deal with the fire.

Upon moving and examining it, it was found that the fire broke out inside a livestock barn, which led to the death of 3 heads of livestock before it was brought under control, while the civil protection forces succeeded in completely extinguishing the fire and carrying out the necessary cooling work to ensure that the ignition did not recur.

The necessary legal measures were taken regarding the incident, and a report was drawn up regarding the incident, while the competent authorities undertook the investigation to determine the causes and circumstances of the fire, while taking the necessary measures to secure the place in order to preserve the safety of the people.
