Ministry decided Housing And facilities and urban communities, applying the provisions of the real estate regulations to residential units that were offered during the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 and customers did not receive them on the specified dates.
According to an announcement issued by the Ministry, customers will be notified of Article 14 to correct their situation within a period of 30 days, to pay the receipt payment and the maintenance deposit, with the financial burdens being borne from the date of expiration of the deadline until the date of payment.
The Ministry explained that the conditions include:
- The unit must be vacant and not re-offered or allocated to others.
- Waiving any cases filed against the Authority or the city agency in this regard.
- All completion payments must be paid on the specified dates and not refunded.
The Ministry indicated that these procedures come within the framework of organizing the receipt process and ensuring the rights of customers and the agency, which contributes to the regularity of work progress in residential projects in new cities.
