The court stated that the accused, on January 7, 2025, went to the competing workshop after picking up a wooden stick, and as soon as he saw the victim, he chased him and assaulted him with successive blows that struck his left hand and head, causing a fracture of the bottom of the skull and a severe bleeding in the right lobe of the brain that led to his death.

Investigations by the investigations of the Second Division of Hurghada confirmed that the accused carried out his crime out of revenge after previous disputes. The court also viewed surveillance camera recordings that documented the moment of the assault.

The autopsy report indicated that the injuries were caused by a hard, stabbed object, and that death was the result of a fracture of the bottom of the skull, severe blood bleeding in the brain, and a severe drop in blood circulation.
