Xiaomi has released two new camera accessories for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra across Europe and in other markets. The Imaging Collection and the Professional Imaging Collection offer an experience closer to the DSLRs of the company’s latest flagship phone, and differ in crucial ways.
Xiaomi released the Xiaomi 17 Ultra today during the 2026 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. To clarify, the company introduced its new flagship phone outside China, alongside the Xiaomi 17 phone and the Leica Letzphone phone. Meanwhile, the company has also introduced two new camera accessories for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra to help it compete with the Galaxy S26 Ultra (currently available for $1,299 on Amazon).
On the one hand, the company has brought the photography suite that was previously available in China to a global audience. Limited to black, the Professional Photography Kit has a built-in 2000mAh battery, a removable shutter button, and a non-slip polyurethane handle that mimics classic Leica cameras. The accessory also adds a quick capture mode with improved controls for capturing more precise images.

The standard photography kit, on the other hand, has a slimmer design that Xiaomi claims is lighter and more compact than its professional counterpart. However, the shooting kit comes with a customizable dual-stage shutter button, a separate button for videos, and a wrist strap. Rated IP54 for dust and water resistance, the photography kit is also available in more colors than Xiaomi’s professional version.
The photography kit retails for €99.90 (about $118) in the Eurozone with a choice between black, purple, and white color options. Meanwhile, the Professional Imaging Kit is priced at €199.90 (about $235). Both accessories are available at deep discounts when ordered with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra before March 14.
