December 2025 witnessed the leaking of information about a new phone from OnePlus bearing the model number CPH2805 via global technical platforms. Initial rumors at the time indicated that this device would be the global version of the Turbo 6 series of phones, and the phone recently received the official certification from the Standards Regulatory Authority in India, which confirms the approaching date of its official launch in global markets to meet the aspirations of users.

Current technical speculation indicates the possibility of launching this new phone under the name OnePlus Nord 6 CE to enhance the company’s mid-range segment. Despite the strength of these leaks and their wide spread among those interested in technology, there is no confirmed information or official statements from the manufacturer about the final brand that this device will carry until this moment, which leaves the door open to other possibilities before the official announcement date.

To better illustrate the picture, the Turbo 6 series includes two main models: the standard Turbo 6 edition and the dedicated Turbo 6V edition. Previous leaks strongly indicate that the standard version equipped with the leading Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor will be launched in global markets under the name OnePlus Nord 6 to provide exceptional performance to users, paving the way for the other version to adopt a different brand name within the same family to diversify the available options.

Expectations indicate that the unknown CPH2805 phone is just a rebadged version of the premium Turbo 6V phone. This mid-range phone comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K and supports a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and it runs on a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, which is 7% superior to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor found in the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ phone, which is available at a price of $347.

This promising phone includes a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front camera for taking clear selfies, with a huge 9000 mAh battery and an optical fingerprint sensor built under the screen. The leaks indicate that the standard OnePlus Nord 6 phone may be launched in early next April, while it remains unclear whether the Nord 6 CE version will accompany it at the same launch event or will be postponed to a later date.
