Dell launched its new Pro 14 Premium laptop, model number PA14260, in global markets to target the business user segment. This compact 14-inch device comes equipped with advanced Intel Panther Lake processors with 32 GB of RAM, but it initially launches without providing the option of the leading Tandem OLED screen that many professionals have been waiting for.
This quick step comes very shortly after Dell announced this new version to replace the older PA14250 models from last year, which are sold at a price of 2059 US dollars. Buyers’ choice is currently limited to alternative IPS screens that support 1200p or 1600p resolution and provide a peak brightness of 400 nits maximum, until higher-end screens are available later.
Dell is offering this new computer at varying prices depending on the geographical region. The price of the device starts at 3,579 US dollars in the United States and 4,558 Canadian dollars in Canada, while it is sold at a price of 1,994 pounds sterling in the United Kingdom and 2,187 euros in the Eurozone. For an unknown reason, users in Australia cannot purchase this computer online until this moment.
These noticeable differences in prices between North American and European markets are due to the type of primary processor adopted in each region. The North American version starts with the powerful Core Ultra 7 365 vPro processor, while the European version is based on the Core Ultra 5 335 vPro processor, but users in North America can customize their devices for cheaper options starting at $2,349 US or $2,996 Canadian.
This laptop provides great flexibility in customizing hardware specifications to meet superior performance requirements. Buyers can choose to equip the device with the leading Core Ultra 7 366H vPro processor, which has twice the number of cores found in the basic processors to ensure exceptional processing power and complete complex tasks with high efficiency.
