LG launched its new 16-inch laptops equipped with Intel’s Panther Lake processors and AMD’s Gorgon Point processors. Gram Pro 16 devices are currently available in the markets of China and Japan as a first step before their global launch in the coming period, as this innovative version features an external structure made of an all-new Aerominum compound, which gives the device high durability and a very light weight to meet the needs of users who are always on the go and looking for practical and comfortable devices.

This advanced compound contributes to reducing the weight of the laptop to only 1199 grams, making it the lightest device among the new series. The device is distinguished by its remarkable thinness, with a thickness of 12.4 mm, which is only about 0.9 mm thicker compared to the MacBook Air 15 from Apple, which is currently available at a price of 1,249 US dollars. All models come equipped with a 77 watt-hour battery with distinct screens with an aspect ratio of 16:10 to provide a wonderful visual experience.

The model equipped with the Core Ultra X7 358H processor features a stunning OLED screen that supports a 2.8K display resolution to deliver vibrant colors. This advanced screen features a brightness of up to 500 nits with a variable refresh rate ranging between 30 and 120 Hz to ensure very smooth display of graphics and visual content, while other models rely on IPS screens with a resolution of 2.5K and a refresh rate of only 60 Hz with a peak brightness of 350 nits to suit usual daily uses.

Prices for this wonderful collection start at 299,800 Japanese yen, equivalent to 1,875 US dollars, for the version equipped with an AMD processor and 16 GB of RAM. The price of the standard Intel version with 32 GB of RAM is about $2,439, while an advanced version with 1 TB of storage space is available at a price of $2,315 US or 13,199 Chinese yuan, and the price of the highest-end model equipped with an OLED screen reaches $1,719 in Japan and $2,098 in China.
