Samsung is preparing to showcase the new Brain Health feature during its participation in the CES exhibition next month, where it intends to reveal it at a launch event within an independent exhibition space. According to reports, this feature focuses on detecting early signs of dementia by analyzing user data in more advanced ways than usual.
The idea stems from integrating various health indicators into Samsung’s preventive system, which already includes blood pressure monitoring, heart rate recording, and irregular heart rhythm alerts. With the addition of Brain Health, the company aims to expand its reach to include cognitive health.
The feature relies on data collected from Samsung smart phones and watches. By tracking walking patterns, noticing voice changes, and analyzing sleep quality, the system can monitor cognitive decline and identify early indicators of dementia.

After detecting these signs, the feature provides guidance to help take preventive steps, in addition to a “brain training” program specifically designed to stimulate cognitive abilities, in the hope that it will contribute to slowing down the decline, if any.
Samsung developed this technology within its own laboratories, and is currently working to verify its effectiveness through clinical trials in cooperation with medical institutions. Until now, its official launch date is still uncertain, but its presence at CES indicates that it is close to appearing to users.
