Samsung announced the expansion of the One UI 8.5 beta program to include a new range of its devices. The update is now available for the Galaxy S23 series including the Galaxy S23 FE, in addition to the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5, as well as the Galaxy A36.
The pilot is available in a number of select markets, including India, Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States. Users in these countries can find the registration banner within the Samsung Members app, noting that the launch is gradual and may take some time to reach all users.

The One UI 8.5 beta also brings support for an AirDrop-like feature via Quick Share on a number of newer devices, including the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy S24 family, along with the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7, as well as the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6.
Samsung confirmed that the One UI 8.5 beta program will expand to include more Galaxy devices later this month.
