
As part of the state’s drive to enhance the efficiency of real estate asset exploitation and accelerate the pace of urban development, the Ministry of Housing is intensifying its efforts to support the system Real estate marketingAs one of the main drivers for maximizing the return on the huge investments pumped into new cities.
This comes at a time when the real estate sector is witnessing increasing competition, which requires more professional marketing tools and the ability to attract diverse segments of customers and investors.
Direct follow-up of sales position and marketing plans
In this context, Randa El Minshawy, Minister of Housing, held a meeting with Founders Company officials, to follow up on the sales position and the promotional plan for marketing the New Urban Communities Authority’s projects, in the presence of a number of leaders from the Ministry and the Authority.
The Minister confirmed during the meeting that the Ministry aims to achieve the maximum possible benefit from the investments that have been implemented in residential and development projects, noting that the size of the units that were created during the last period requires integrated marketing plans to keep pace with this major expansion.
Expanding partnerships with the private sector
The meeting witnessed the discussion of a number of proposals for new investment projects, as the Minister confirmed the Ministry’s orientation towards expanding partnership models with the private sector, as an effective tool for attracting investments and achieving sustainable development, while providing flexible mechanisms that allow broader participation of developers and investors.
Diversity of investment opportunities
She pointed out the availability of various investment opportunities within the new cities, commensurate with various segments, whether at the level of housing or commercial and service projects, which enhances the attractiveness of the Egyptian real estate market and supports urban expansion plans.
Follow up on sales in major cities
The Minister also reviewed the sales position of the units that the company is marketing in a number of vital cities, including the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, and 6th of October City, where the marketing performance and mechanisms for improving sales rates during the coming period were evaluated.
