The strength of the state is based on the integration between its institutions

The Prime Minister stressed that the strength of the state is based on the integration between its various institutions, while ensuring the continuation of effective coordination and communication mechanisms to support comprehensive development efforts and improve the quality of services provided to citizens. He also directed the necessity of organizing periodic meetings with members of parliamentary bodies in the governorates, in the presence of district leaders and members of executive councils, with the aim of discussing pressing public issues and coordinating efforts regarding them.

Madbouly also stressed the importance of inviting representatives to participate in official events and follow-up tours of development projects, especially within their constituencies, in a way that enhances direct communication between the people’s representatives and implementing agencies. He stressed the need for governors or their representatives to participate in specific committee meetings when invited, in a way that supports the exchange of visions and enhances the state’s general policies.

In the same context, the Prime Minister directed to facilitate procedures for dealing with correspondence and demands referred to provincial offices, while raising the efficiency of political and administrative communication cadres within the localities, with the aim of building an institutional and sustainable communication system with members of Parliament. He also stressed the speedy handling of complaints submitted by representatives or received through the government complaints system, and working to achieve the best response rates to serve citizens and improve service performance in the governorates.
