The players of the first football team of Zamalek Club, led by… Certified JamalA strong physical training session during today’s training session, Thursday, which was held at the Military College Stadium, as part of the preparations for the upcoming confrontation between Al-Masry in the Premier League competition.
The players performed the physical section under the supervision of Nuno Costa Ribeiro, the load coach, and it included various exercises to raise their physical level, in addition to a ball-specific section to increase technical and physical readiness at the same time.
After that, Motamed Jamal led a technical training session during which he focused on some tactical aspects, before concluding the training with a strong division between the players to implement what was trained on in practice.
Zamalek is preparing to face Al-Masry next Sunday evening at the Army Stadium in Borg El Arab, as part of the new round of the Premier League competition.
In a related context, Mehdi Suleiman, the team’s goalkeeper, joined group training after returning from the national team’s camp, after participating in the friendlies of Saudi Arabia and Spain as part of the preparation program for the 2026 World Cup.
Mahdi Suleiman participated in the goalkeeping training under the leadership of Vitor Manuel, the goalkeeper coach, along with the trio Mohamed Awad, Mohamed Sobhi and Mahmoud El-Shenawy, in light of a strong competition to guard the White Den before the upcoming match.
