The contract of Dr. Engineer Hossam Abdel Fattah, Governor of Qalyubia, his first public meeting at the headquarters of the Shubra City Council Al-Kheima, stressing that the governorate’s executive body is working to serve citizens, and that direct communication with them is a priority during the current stage.
During the meeting, the governor said to the citizens: “Your problems are my problems, and every official in the governorate is at your service, because you are the reason we are in our positions,” stressing that the door of the governorate is open to everyone, and that public meetings will be held periodically in various centers and cities of the governorate to listen to complaints and work to resolve them within the framework of the law.
The governor listened to a number of citizens’ demands, and directed them to be quickly examined and studied by the competent authorities, while taking the necessary measures regarding complaints that require urgent intervention, stressing that continuous follow-up of the implementation of the decisions issued during the meetings represents a priority to ensure the achievement of tangible results on the ground.
He pointed out that the next stage will witness more coordination between executive agencies to improve the level of services provided to citizens, and work to remove any obstacles they face, in order to achieve the satisfaction of Qalyubi Street.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Iman Rayan, Deputy Governor, Engineer Jihan Masoud, Secretary-General, and Major General Muhammad Aql, Assistant Secretary-General, in addition to the heads of the concerned districts and cities, the undersecretaries of the ministries and the directors of the service directorates.
