The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media sites, which included a quarrel between a number of people and some of them being beaten with wooden sticks in the lake.
Arresting two parties to a quarrel with wooden sticks in the lake
Upon examination, it was revealed that there were no reports in this regard, and that on the 13th of this month, a quarrel occurred between a first party consisting of two workers, and a second party, a worker and a driver, all of whom reside in the Kafr al-Dawwar Police Department in the Beheira Governorate, due to disputes between them over neighbors, after which they assaulted each other by beating them using a “chomstick” that the second party was in possession of, without causing any injuries.
Both parties to the quarrel were caught, and the other party was in possession of wooden sticks, and when confronted, they confessed to committing the incident as referred to.
Legal measures were taken, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
