On the other hand, the results showed that the timing of waking up did not have a significant impact compared to the timing of sleeping, while factors such as stress and daily pressures remain negative influences that lead to sleep disturbance and exacerbate the risk of heart disease.
Experts emphasized that improving sleep habits, especially adhering to a fixed schedule, represents a simple but effective step to maintain heart health and reduce risks in the long term.
