The Official Gazette published in Issue No. 262, dated November 22, 2025, the decision of the Minister of Justice, Counselor Adnan Fanjari, No. 6109 of 2025 to transfer the headquarters of the conciliation committees for the first, second, and third disputes of the Ministry of Endowments from the current headquarters to 1 Mazloum Street – Bab El Louk – Cairo.
Transferring the headquarters of the conciliation committees in the first, second, and third disputes to the Ministry of Endowments
The text of the decision came: After reviewing the Constitution and Law No. 7 of 2000 establishing conciliation committees in some disputes in which ministries and public legal persons are a party and its amendments; Resolution of the Minister of Justice No. 4598 of 2000 to form conciliation committees and designate their headquarters and the decisions amending it.
He continued: And upon the Minister of Justice’s decision No. 1786 of 2017 appointing the work headquarters of the conciliation committees in disputes and the decisions amending it, and upon the letter received from the Ministry of Endowments transferring the headquarters of the conciliation committees in the relevant disputes in the ministry to another headquarters, and upon the memorandum of the advisor, member of the technical office, inspector of the committees of the Ministry of Endowments, dated 9/25/2025, and based on what was presented by the advisor, First Assistant Minister of Justice, supervising the general administration for conciliation committee affairs.
The first article stipulates that the headquarters of the conciliation committees for the first, second, and third disputes of the Ministry of Endowments be transferred from the current headquarters at 3 Qadadar Street, Bab El Louk, behind the American University in Cairo, to the new headquarters located at 1 Mazloum Street – Bab El Louk – Cairo.
Article Two also stipulates: This decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and shall be effective as of the day following the date of its publication, issued on 10/19/2025.
