The Central Administration for Tourism and Summer Resorts launched In Alexandria Led by the head of administration, Brigadier General Ahmed Ibrahim, intensive campaigns were carried out in all neighborhoods of the city to ensure that the owners of cafeterias, cafes and hotels adhere to announcing prices and not exploit patrons.

The administration stressed the prohibition of any parties or events without obtaining the necessary permits from the General Administration of Tourism.
The campaigns resulted in leaving notices to 11 establishments that held parties without obtaining a permit from the General Administration of Tourism to come to the administration’s headquarters with the establishment’s papers to complete the legal procedures, in addition to taking the necessary legal measures against 4 establishments that violated the presence of expired price lists and notifying the responsible managers to quickly go to the administration’s headquarters to complete the procedures.
The administration gave a modern facility a deadline to complete the required papers and extract the price list, and alert another facility to quickly go to the administration to receive the valid price lists in order to avoid legal accountability.
The Central Administration for Tourism and Summer Resorts confirmed its continued efforts to monitor and control tourist and service establishments, and to deal immediately with any violations, while being fully prepared to receive complaints and inquiries from citizens.
