The first trial session of the guardian and her husband accused of assaulting the Omraniya School supervisor
The investigation authorities in Giza decided to release the mother and her husband after assaulting a school supervisor in Omraniya and disfiguring her face due to her reprimanding their daughter, with a financial guarantee of 10 thousand pounds for the first and 5 thousand pounds for the second.
Investigations into the incident also revealed that the supervisor of the Al-Omraniya School summoned the victim of the student’s guardian and her husband, and asked her about the nature of her relationship with the students under her supervision. She answered: My relationship with them is so sweet that there are parents who call me and tell me that you are more affectionate towards my son than I am, and there are children who do not want to go to school unless I am the one who tells them, “Let’s go,” because of my love for them and their love for me.
The rest of the details of her statements were as follows:
Q: Have any of the students or parents ever complained?
A: No at all
Q: What are the specific details of the incident?
A: I was going to take the bus to school, and while we were on the bus, suddenly another bus stopped in front of us, with a hard brake, and there were children in it, and the girl whose name was Sarah cried, and the supervisor of the second bus got off and yelled at me. I don’t know why, and there were students and girls who cried, including Sarah. After that, I tried to calm the girl down. I didn’t tell her what’s wrong with her. She told me because of the bus and the shouting and so on, so I cried. On her, I brought her ice cream and I sat playing with her until she calmed down.
She continued: We got on our bus and walked away, and I tried to talk to her mother to inform her of what had happened, and that her daughter had been crying and was in labor. I found that her mobile phone was switched off, and then we came and stayed at her house. I waited until she and her husband got down. She opened the door and the girl was sleeping on my lap at the time. I pulled her out and put the bag on her, and she said to me, “Why are you bothering my daughter?” I told her that I didn’t bother her or anything.
She added: She got up and picked me up by my hair, threw me on the ground and sat on top of me, and started hitting me hard until I forced her to get up from me. When I got up, I found all the people staring at my face, so I asked them what was wrong with me. They told me that it had become open and blood was coming from everywhere. Then I went to the department and made a report, and they sent me to Umm Al-Masryeen Hospital. They examined me and I found something, and my brain and back were covered in blood. I had bruises all over my body, and that’s what happened.
