Information and investigations from the General Administration of Supply and Internal Trade Police in the Economic Security Sector confirmed that the owner of a brick factory collected without a license large quantities of petroleum materials inside his factory located in Beni Suef Governorate, and withheld them from circulation to resell them at more than the prescribed price on the black market to achieve illegal profits.

Initial investigations revealed that after codifying the procedures, the aforementioned factory was targeted, and its owner was arrested, in possession of 48 tons of diesel fuel materials without documents indicating their source. When confronted, he confessed to committing the incident as referred to, and legal measures were taken.
