Abdeen stressed that the company notifies in advance of any water outage, explaining its reasons, in planned cases, with the exception of malfunctions or emergency works that may require immediate intervention without prior notice, stressing that the company announces this officially through its various communication channels.
He pointed to the company’s communication channels, which include the official website, and the official pages on social media sites: Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram, in addition to the hotline (125) to receive citizen complaints.
