Trial of the swimming coach and supervisor accused of causing the death of swimmer John Majed at Al-Ghaba Club

Earlier, the investigating authorities ordered that those accused of causing the death of swimmer John Majed be referred to urgent criminal trial.

The Al-Ghaba Sports Club swimmer suffered a drowning incident, which led to him losing consciousness in the water. He was on his way to drowning and was rescued by the people. While they were transporting him to the hospital using a wheelchair, he fell from the top of the chair, which led to a head injury and a loss of some degree of consciousness. He was taken to the hospital, detained, and died as a result.

The victim’s mother accused the management of the Jungle Club of negligence after her son lost consciousness twice in a row, and her son fell into a deteriorating health condition, which ultimately led to his drowning.
