The Supreme Administrative Court recently ruled to refer 40 appeals On the elections of representatives in the second stage The Court of Cassation, due to its lack of state jurisdiction, ruled not to accept 3 appeals, while adjourning 257 appeals to next Wednesday’s session.
Appeals to the results of the second stage came in its first round.
The Supreme Administrative Council finishes examining 300 appeals against the parliamentary elections in the second stage, and the session is adjourned for the decision
The names of those who filed these appeals included: Wafa Muhammad Sabry, Hossam Ahmed Abdel Hakim, Omar Kamal, Adel Arabi, Onsi Anwar, Ahmed Ali Ahmed, Monica Magdy, Hani Sayed, Tariq Saad Gharib, Hala Mustafa, Muhammad Samir, Mona Gaballah, Nabil Boulos Shenouda, Ahmed Ismail, and Mahmoud Sami,
Haitham Abdel Ghaffar, Majed Abdel Ati, Alaa Muhammad Sayed, Awad Al-Sayed, Ahmed Al-Hais, Ahmed Rajab Mayhoub Mujahid, Alaa Muhammad, Adel Hassan, Ahmed Rajab, Mustafa Muhammad Mahmoud Qasim, and Hala Mustafa.
The Supreme Administrative Court ended with a council StateFrom consideration of the electoral appeals submitted against the result of the first round of the second phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections, the session will be adjourned for the decision.
The Supreme Administrative Court of the State Council witnessed a significant increase in the number of electoral appeals after candidates and their agents submitted 300 appeals against the decisions of the counting committees for the first round of the second phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections, in objection to the results announced by the National Elections Authority.
