The Speaker of the House of Representatives stressed the importance of the prominent role of the heads of the specific committees in enhancing parliamentary work and leading the work within the committees, stressing that the specific committees are the basic foundation of parliamentary work, and that the quality of the Council’s outputs begins with the committees.
