Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Chairman cabinetToday, Wednesday, a press conference was held at the government headquarters in the new capital, in the presence of a number of ministers.
Earlier, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, confirmed that plans to increase salaries and wages will be presented to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during the coming period, in preparation for their approval, stressing that the state gives top priority to improving the incomes of teachers and workers in the health sector.
The Prime Minister added during a press conference that the social package includes several measures, including pumping an additional 15 billion pounds to complete the projects of the first phase of the “Decent Life” presidential initiative, in addition to providing an additional 4 billion pounds to cover differences in wheat prices, which contributes to the continued support of basic goods for citizens.
