Development Authority announced Obour City announced the offering of a number of plots of land allocated for investment activities through the direct allocation system for the month of December 2025, through the website of the New Urban Communities Authority, with application starting from December 1, 2025 until December 15, 2025, with the procedures being completed at the Authority’s headquarters in the Administrative Capital.

Engineer Tamer Jabr, head of the Obour City Development Authority, said that the lands offered for this month include two plots with areas of less than 5 acres, and with various activities, including commercial and medical, within the framework of supporting investment opportunities and enhancing services within the city.

– A commercial plot of land – the National Housing Services Center in the Eighth District

Project implementation period: 3 years from the date of receipt

A building percentage not exceeding 40% of the total area

Engineer Tamer Jabr added that the proposed areas are subject to deficit and increase according to the results of the final cadastral survey from the city’s survey department, noting the need for applicants to view the direct allocation procedures booklet and the description cards attached via the Urban Communities Authority’s website.
He pointed out that the offer comes within the framework of the city authority’s efforts to enhance service, medical and commercial activities to serve Obour residents and support development plans.
