The New Obour City Development Authority, headed by Engineer Mahmoud Murad, announced the launch of a comprehensive set of distinguished investment opportunities through the agency’s electronic investor services portal.
The New Transit Authority offers 5 plots of investment land for various activities
This proposal comes in implementation of the directives of Engineer Randa El Minshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, regarding maximizing the use of new city assets, stimulating economic activity, and supporting sustainable urban development efforts.
Engineer Mahmoud Murad confirmed that the new package includes diverse investment lands in terms of locations and activities, in a way that meets the needs of the market and strengthens the economic and service base in the new Obour City, noting that the opportunities presented include commercial and administrative activities, stores and exhibitions, in addition to university educational activity, in special strategic locations in the regional services area and on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, as well as in the District 39 area.
The head of the agency explained that the opportunities presented include:
- Plot No. (50A) in the regional services area – Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, with an area of 8055 square meters, with administrative commercial activity.
- Plot No. (211) in District 39, with an area of 14,690 square metres, with warehouses and showrooms active.
- Two plots of land No. (38C, 38D) in the regional services area – Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, with a total area of 26,902 square meters, with university educational activity.
- Plot No. (138) in District 39, with an area of 1094 square meters, with commercial and administrative activity.
- A plot of land with an area of 1386 square meters with administrative commercial activity.
He pointed out that applying for these opportunities is available exclusively through the electronic “Investor Services Portal” during the period from 1 to 15 March 2026, within the framework of the agency’s policy to digitize services, facilitate procedures, and achieve the highest levels of transparency, which saves time and effort for investors and ensures the speedy decision-making of applications.

The agency concluded its statement by emphasizing that this investment package represents a promising opportunity to participate in the urban and economic renaissance witnessed by the New Obour City, in order to achieve lucrative investment returns and contribute to creating added value that supports sustainable development efforts and enhances the city’s position as one of the most important investment destinations in eastern Greater Cairo.
