Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, conducted a surprise inspection visit to a number of schools affiliated with the Biba and Samasta educational administrations in Beni Suef Governorate, in order to determine the level of performance within the schools. This came within the framework of his continuous field follow-up of the educational process in various schools in the Republic.
The Minister was accompanied during his inspection tour by Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow-up, and Supervisor of the Central Administration for the Affairs of the Minister’s Office.
The Minister of Education conducts a surprise tour of Beni Suef schools and follows up on the results of the experimental exam in programming and artificial intelligence

The Minister began his tour of the Biba Educational Administration by inspecting the Heliya Preparatory Schools for Girls and the New Heliya Primary Schools for Girls, where the Minister was keen to inspect the classrooms and follow up on the academic level of the female students, directing the need to achieve more discipline in the educational process in the two schools.

The Minister went to the Samasta Educational Administration, where he inspected Mustafa Kamel (1) Primary School, which includes 350 male and female students, and Mustafa Kamel (2), which includes 809 male and female students attached to the Martyr Captain Salim Younis Habasi Preparatory School for Girls. During his inspection of the classrooms, he was keen to review the students’ grade records and weekly evaluations, to ensure the regularity of work within the school and the application of the rules regulating the educational process.
The Minister followed up on the level of students in the fourth grade of primary school in the subjects of social studies and the Arabic language, and he also followed the level of the students in the sixth grade in the subjects of mathematics and the English language, where he praised the students’ academic level.

The Minister then went to Abdel Hamid Abdel Hafeez Secondary School for Boys, which includes 584 students, where he conducted an open dialogue with the first-year secondary school students about their choice between the Egyptian baccalaureate system and the general secondary school certificate. The Minister also followed up with the students on the results of the experimental test for programming and artificial intelligence on the “Kerio” platform.
The Minister was keen to motivate students to continue studying programming and develop their skills in it as it is one of the most important specializations intersecting with all professions, noting that the Ministry was keen to strengthen cooperation with the Japanese side to grant successful students in choosing “TOFAS” an international certificate from Hiroshima University, which qualifies them to work in the fields of modern technology and artificial intelligence.


Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif was also keen to listen to the students’ opinions and suggestions, thus contributing to the development of the educational process.
The Minister concluded the tour by inspecting the Abdul Rahman Bin Auf Primary School, which includes 692 male and female students. He was keen to follow up on the results of the national program for developing students’ Arabic language skills and improving their levels of reading and writing. He also discussed with a group of students in one of the Arabic language lessons the extent of developing their values through their academic achievement, as he praised the remarkable progress in the students’ levels of reading and writing and their benefit from the program.
At the conclusion of the tour, the Minister confirmed his continuous follow-up of the educational process in various governorates to continue improving the quality of the educational process and achieving the highest levels of discipline.
