The Housing and Development Bank launched a new advertising campaign at the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, under the slogan: “The news is not new, but to increase confirmation, for those who know and those who do not know, the Housing and Development Bank provides you with all banking services.”
The campaign aims to highlight the diversity of banking services and products provided by the bank, in addition to working to change the traditional mental image associated with it among many customers.

For many years, the name of the Housing and Development Bank has been associated with the urban development and real estate financing sector only, due to its pioneering role in supporting the housing sector and financing residential units, which made it associated in the minds of the public with being a bank specializing in this field only. However, the bank actually provides a wide range of competitive banking services, and from here came the idea of the campaign to clarify that the bank’s role is not limited to real estate financing, but rather provides multiple banking services that meet all the needs of individuals and companies.

Diversified returns, giving customers multiple options to manage their savings
The announcement highlighted a group of services and products provided by the bank, including various bank accounts, bank cards and credit cards, in addition to personal loans, project financing, and car loans, in addition to digital banking services that allow customers to manage their financial transactions easily and at any time.
The announcement also referred to a number of advantages that the bank offers to its customers, including the ease of procedures, the diversity of financing programs that suit different needs, in addition to savings accounts that offer diverse returns, giving customers multiple options for managing their savings.

The campaign relied on the participation of a large group of stars and prominent artistic figures to deliver the message in an attractive and close way to the audience. The advertisement is headlined by the star Khaled Al-Nabawi, in addition to the participation of Hoda Al-Mufti, Salma Abu Deif, Jihan Al-Shamasherji, Ahmed Abdel-Wahab, sports journalist Ibrahim Fayek, and the artist Muhammad Radwan. The stars appear in various scenes during the advertisement that reflect situations from daily life, with each appearance highlighting an aspect of the services provided by the bank, which adds an entertaining character to the advertisement and helps The message is delivered in a simple and fast way.

The basic message of the campaign is to emphasize that the Housing and Development Bank is a comprehensive commercial bank, whose services are not limited to housing and real estate financing only, but rather extend to include an integrated and diverse set of banking solutions that keep pace with the needs of individuals and companies, whether in their daily transactions or in their financial and future plans.
