The Palace Square area of the city witnessed MinyaAn old property collapsed in the square, and the damage is being assessed. The local unit cut off the utilities and created a security threat. A report was written on the incident, and the Public Prosecution directly took over the investigation.
The details of the incident go back to the security services in Minya receiving a notification from the Rescue Operations Room, stating that an old 3-storey property had collapsed in Palace Square in the downtown district of Minya.
Immediately, the security services moved to the scene of the accident and found the collapse of an old 3-storey property. Ambulances, civil protection and police transported to the site and it was found that a total collapse had occurred in the property as a result of its deterioration, with no human casualties.



A security cordon was imposed around the property to preserve the safety of passers-by, and the utilities, including water, electricity, and natural gas, were disconnected.
A report was prepared, legal measures were taken, and the competent authorities were notified.
