Samah Ibrahim, Director of the Directorate of Education in Suez, held a meeting with school principals, to follow up on the final preparations for the first semester exams in all schools in the governorate.
During the meeting, Samah Ibrahim confirmed that the meeting comes within the framework of periodic meetings aimed at discussing and confirming examination instructions, ensuring discipline and transparency within the committees, and achieving the principle of equal opportunities among all students, with full compliance with the regulations and laws regulating examination work.
The meeting covered an explanation and clarification of all ministerial instructions regarding the conduct of exams. Emphasis was placed on the committees’ work controls, the review of question papers before distributing them, and the proper handling of various cases within the committees, ensuring the smooth conduct of the exam process without obstacles.
It was also emphasized that schools are ready in terms of equipment and organization, in order to provide a safe and disciplined environment for taking exams, while providing all the necessary capabilities within the committees, and overcoming any obstacles that may hinder the regularity of exams or affect their conduct.
The Director of the Directorate of Education in Suez stressed the essential role of school principals during the examination period, through direct supervision and daily follow-up of the progress of the committees, and continuous coordination with the relevant departments, to ensure regular work within schools and the completion of examinations in an appropriate manner.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of commitment to the spirit of responsibility and teamwork was emphasized, which contributes to the success of the first semester exams, achieving stability within schools, and serving the interests of students and the educational system in Suez Governorate.
