The North Cairo Criminal Court of Appeal, sitting in Abbasiya, decided to postpone the appeal session of the trial of the accused of killing the son of a café owner in the case known in the media as “Aswan Coffee,” based on his death sentence, to the next March 11 session.

The appeal of the accused of killing the son of the owner of the Aswan Café in Heliopolis was postponed

The accused of killing his partner in the famous café in Heliopolis confessed to committing the crime and revealed to the investigators the details of his perpetration of the incident, saying that a dispute between him and the victim over the ownership of the juice shop led to a clash between them, as the dead man claimed ownership of the shop after purchasing an apartment above the shop in the property in which he owned the café and obtaining a share in the property, trying to evict the accused from the juice shop.

During the previous sessions, investigations were opened in the case of the murder of the son of the owner of the Aswan Café in the Heliopolis area, which is a video of the crime.
