A girl ended her life after ingesting a toxic substance, “a grain of wheat,” in Bandar Abu Tisht, north of Qena Governorate, and the body was deposited in the morgue of Abu Tisht Hospital.
The beginning came when the security services of the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Abu Tisht Police Station, stating that the body of a girl had been found inside her home in Bandar Abu Tisht.

After the examination, it was found that a 38-year-old girl had been killed. She had taken a toxic substance, a pill, to end her life. There was no criminal suspicion, and she was suffering from a psychological crisis, in Bandar Abu Tasht.
The body was deposited in the morgue of Abu Tisht General Hospital at the disposal of the competent authorities. A report was prepared on the incident, and the relevant authorities were notified to initiate investigations.
