Steps to review the 2026 high school application form and the required documents
The Ministry of Education and Education has specified the steps for reviewing the form for the 2026 high school exams, as follows:
The students began submitting the electronic form with all its contents, which was printed from the website for the academic year 2025-2026, to the school’s student affairs officer according to what he recorded electronically.
– Submitting an original, computer-generated birth certificate, a photocopy of the student’s national ID card, and three recent photos of the student, size 4×6, provided that they are identical to the photo in the electronic form, with the student’s full name written below and behind the photo according to the birth certificate, and stamped on the back with the seal of the Republic’s emblem.
– The student and his guardian are obligated to sign the declaration attached to the contents of the electronic form regarding not possessing a mobile phone or any other electronic devices within the examination conduct committee after being informed of the ministerial decision regulating that.
Schools approve the electronic forms with their contents for all students and the printed “150 D exam” lists through the Ministry’s website after reviewing them.
The educational advisor at each school reviews the data on each student’s electronic form and ensures that:
1) Specialization subjects division.
c) The second foreign language.
d) Religion.
b) First foreign language.
e) Translated materials.
f) Failing materials for failed students.
