The competent investigation authorities decided to refer the maid accused of stealing $5,000 from the home of a diplomat in one of the Arab embassies in Cairo, and her escape after the crime, to trial.
Earlier, the security services in Giza arrested the maid accused of stealing $5,000 from the home of a diplomat in one of the Arab embassies in Cairo, and her escape after the crime.
$5,000 stolen from a diplomat’s home
The beginning was when the family of a diplomat in one of the Arab embassies in Cairo filed a report with the police stating that a sum of money amounting to $5,000 had been stolen from a house in the Sheikh Zayed area, by a maid, who disappeared immediately after the incident was committed.

Initial investigations indicated that the maid took advantage of her presence inside the house and stole the money, before leaving the place without leaving any trace of her, which prompted the security services to move quickly to search for her and arrest her.
The security services succeeded in locating the maid and searching the surveillance cameras surrounding the house, arresting her and presenting her to the competent investigation authorities to complete investigations with her.
