Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala, former captain of Zamalek, emphasized the great role played by the White Castle fans in supporting the team, stressing that they are the most important element within the club’s system.

Shikabala said at the breakfast for current and former Zamalek players that the player who sacrifices and does his utmost for the Zamalek club will never be abandoned by the fans, referring to the strong relationship that the fans have with their players.
He added that Zamalek fans represent the most closely-knit family within the club, which always appears in difficult situations before good times, stressing that this cohesion is one of the secrets of the entity’s strength and continuity.
He expressed his hope that this bond would extend to all club symbols and officials during the coming period, in order to achieve stability and successes.
Shikabala concluded his statements by praying that the next stage will witness more solidarity among everyone within Zamalek, similar to the role model provided by the public in terms of belonging and continuous support.
